Wie starte ich XLSTAT zum ersten Mal?
Wichtig:
Welche Excel- oder XLSTAT-Version Sie auch benutzen, es ist notwendig, dass das Macro-Sicherheitsniveau auf das Niveau Mittel gesetzt ist, damit XLSTAT ausgeführt werden kann.
Excel 97 to Excel 2003: Benutzen Sie das Menu Tools/Macros/Sicherheit in Excel
Excel 2007:
- Klicken Sie auf den "Office Button" in der oberen rechten Ecke des Excel-Fensters um das Office Menu zu öffnen.
- Klicken Sie auf den "Excel-Optionen" button um unteren Rand des Office-Menus.
- Das Fenster "Excel-Optionen" erscheint.
- Wählen Sie das "Vertrauensstellencenter" in der Mittel des linken Balkens aus.
- Klicken Sie auf den "Einstellungen für das Vertrauensstellencenter..." button rechts im Fenster.
- Das Fenster "Vertrauensstellencenter" erscheint.
- Wählen Sie "Einstellungen für Macros" in der MItte des Menubalkens auf der linken Seite des Fensters.
- Wählen Sie die zweite Option in der Rubrik "Einstellungen für Macros"
- Aktivieren Sie "Zugriff auf das VBA-Projektobjektmodell vertrauen".
- Klicken Sie OK, um das Fenster "Vertrauensstellencenter" zu schließen.
- Klicken Sie OK, um das Fenster "Excel-Optionen" zu schließen.
Excel 97 SR-1 Benutzer: Ihre Excel Version muss mit einem Update versehen werden. Die Version SR-1 ist fehlerhaft und Sie müssen auf die Version SR-2 wechseln. Diese kann kostenlos unter der folgenden Seite heruntergeladen werden: http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate. Fahren Sie dann mit dem zweiten Schritt unten fort (siehe unten).
Excel 97 SR-2 Benutzer: Ihre Excel Version muss mit einem Update versehen werden, wenn Sie ebenfalls XLSTAT-F functions to run well. All you need to do is download the free patch available on http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/9798/xl8p10pkg.aspx.
Excel 2000 SR-1 or SR-2 users: we recommend that you upgrade your Excel version to SR-3. All you need to do is download the free patch available on http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate.
Excel 2002 SP-1 (Office XP) users: we recommend that you upgrade your Excel version to SP-2 available on http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate.
Excel 2003 users: we recommend that you download the security patches available on http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate.
To run XLSTAT for the first time, you can either choose the option to start XLSTAT after the installation procedure, use the Windows Start/Programs/Addinsoft/XLSTA 2006 command, use the XLSTAT shortcut on your desktop, or launch Excel, then open the XLSTAT.xla file using the Excel open command.
XLSTAT will then prompt you for your license number (see below). If you do not have one yet (if, for instance, you've only downloaded the trial version of XLSTAT), please enter "Evaluation" and click "OK".
If you are using XLSTAT for the first time, XLSTAT will add a new button 
in the Excel standard toolbar. The button can be used to open XLSTAT when you are using Excel and can be removed if you wish. button can also be used to close XLSTAT.
After completing this procedure, the XLSTAT toolbar and the XLSTAT menu will be added to Excel (see image below). Both the toolbar and the menu allow allow the user to access all XLSTAT functionalities.
The XLSTAT toolbar can be used to access sub-toolbars. By leaving the cursor on a button, you can view the corresponding function. By clicking on it, you activate the dialog box corresponding to the function selected.
